What started as a way to battle my own mental demons soon turned into a hobby, then a passion, and now my life!
Yoga allows me to tap into my strengths and weaknesses, which I have learned through my practice, is always changing. It constantly reminds me to not force things in all aspects of my life. It has given me the opportunity to grow stronger and more flexible in body and mind.
I have a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida, and did some graduate studies in mental health care before finding a true passion in teaching yoga & meditation.
When Iām not doing or teaching yoga, I enjoy listening to music, going to all types of shows, playing music, traveling, making art, but mostly spending time with my wonderful community, husband, dog, and two cats.
